The other day watching the Italian evening news (TG1 is the same as CBS News) I nearly fell off my chair, they were interviewing Scuola Superiore di Sant'Anna who's our customer using our printer since many years.
Scuola Superiore di Sant'Anna is a prominent university in Italy with collaborations with universities in USA and other countries and they have received prime time attention to showcase their latest development in robotics applied to different fields from military to biomedics to biology.
During the clip they introduced their studies on robotics and they showed some prototypes:
As you can see from the video attached there are two specific applications with Multi Jet Modelling parts and they are both impressive!
In one case there is a jumping cricket which we could use about parts resistance. Not to mention the carling used to study muscle/eye coordination. The most astonishing thou is a little device which like a submarine works underwater with propellers et al!!!! I can hardly imagine any other printer that could do that.
